How we do it?
We work very closely with our customers to identify and achieve performance standards that are linked to business objectives. Our general approach is to:
- Identify the needs and objectives of our clients;
- Analyze their objectives and required performance from the perspective of business strategy and work-environment;
- Perform the work in a cost and time effective manner; and
- Analyze and evaluate together with the customer, the effectiveness of our work.
The primary objective of our solution is to enhance the performance of our clients. We are also structured to respond quickly and offer both our services and support when required. We have just concluded a restructuring exercise which ensures that a dedicated support team is available 12 hours a day to deal with client support issues. The effectiveness of our services is ensured through the production of a Service Level Agreement with each individual customer.
Basic Standards
We believe that certain basic standards are important in any IT consulting firm. We also maintain that, for there to be great success for our clients, the following competence levels are required from our staffs:

Many companies structure their organization to support a particular technology. We do not advise our client to completely focus on a particular technology as this is not usually beneficial to them. We support any technology that has high reliability, availability, and serviceability (RAS). RAS is synonymous with the mission that is critical to us. With RAS and customer service as the focus of our organization, your entire computing environment will flourish.
All our projects are required to build a business case—a technology case is not sufficient. All business cases are required to discuss alignment of objectives with enterprise goals. IT is inseparable from the business and requires complete alignment with business.
